Process Guide-line

To hire candidates from Bhutan, a company or business entity must submit the following documents to MoICE for approval:

  1. Demand letter addressed to the agency highlighting salary, allowances, working hours and general conditions. The letter must be stamped from the local Chamber and Foreign Affairs.
  2. Company License (translated in English) stamped from local Chamber and Foreign Affairs.
  3. Power of Attorney attested from a local notary office.

Upon submission of the original documents to MoICE and approval, the recruitment process will begin.

The Agency will advertise and pool resumes as per the mentioned demand.  A shortlisting will be done based on the company criteria and preferences. Profiles and resumes will be forwarded for the interview process. A company can choose to do online interviews through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or calls. For large recruitment numbers, face to face mass interviews are also facilitated.

After selection of candidates, the agency will coordinate and support candidates in documentation. Coordinating offer letters, passport, medical, visas and any related information will be taken up by the agency. All exit attestation from local offices will be overseen by the agency. The agency will ensure all documents are prepared for exit.

After the exit date is confirmed, the agency and the officials from MoICE will personally meet and conduct a pre-departure briefing. This is done to better prepare candidates on work ethics and nature, do’s and don’ts of the host country.

As an agency we will render full support to the candidates and company for the first two of years of work contract with the company.  We will fully support the professional wellbeing in terms that offer letter conditions mentioned. We will ensure that companies are candidates that work in cohesion and are mutually beneficial.
